A clear, considered process from first inquiry to contact

You provide preliminary information about what you are seeking, your circumstances, proposed days, times, frequency and location, and any current orders, agreements, or requirements. This allows Safe Connections to understand your needs and to assess availability and suitability before any paid intake takes place.

This involves a detailed intake with the client, where current orders, agreements, safety considerations, medical or additional needs, and practical arrangements are reviewed. A risk assessment is completed and relevant documentation is considered. After the intake and assessment, Safe Connections will contact the other party as required to confirm details and ensure clarity regarding arrangements and boundaries. Where appropriate, an introduction with the child may occur, depending on the matter.

The agreed supervised contact then takes place in the approved home or community setting, in accordance with orders or agreements. The supervisor remains present, neutral, and observant throughout each session, recording observations and managing boundaries as required.

Clients may request copies of existing observation records, a single visit observational report, or a multi visit or court summary report.
